Suggested Fabric: The pattern is compatible with mid to heavy weight woven fabrics. Consider using: linen, linen blends, cotton drill/twill, denim or wool. For a softer, more dressy silhouette, consider using midweight silk or similar.
Notions: Coordinating thread, 1 x 15cm (6in) trouser zip (use a standard dress zip if you are using lightweight fabric), 1 x 20mm (¾in) button, 2 x medium pant hooks (no wider than 12mm / ½in), 0.5m (0.5yds) x Light to mid-weight fusible interfacing (depending on your fabric choice), Optional: For inner waistband – 1m (1.1 yd) x 32mm (1¼ in) single-fold bias tape
